【SPEECH】IBBA Students Inspired by Michael Eckolt’s Talk on Production Excellence

The International Business Bachelor’s Program (IBBA) at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) had the privilege of hosting Mr. Michael Eckolt from Kyona as a guest speaker in the Production and Operations Management class. Invited by Professor Timo Eccarius, Mr. Eckolt delivered an inspiring lecture that introduced undergraduate students to the foundations of production excellence.
Mr. Eckolt’s speech focused on key ideas such as the importance of setting clear operational standards, measuring performance consistently, and cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement.
