Dr. Ho creatively organized the students into groups using the theme of the Chinese Zodiac. Each group selected an animal as its inspiration, fostering creativity and collaboration. She emphasized the importance of the 3Cs of effective communication: Connection, Clarity, and Confidence, which she demonstrated as fundamental skills for impactful communication in professional and personal contexts.

The students engaged in various interactive activities, including group discussions and presentations. One notable topic was "Can AI Replace Humans?" Dr. Ho encouraged each group to explore the question, leading to dynamic conversations about the irreplaceable human qualities of warmth, creativity, and empathy. Teams presented their ideas to the class, showcasing diverse perspectives and innovative thinking.
