In an endeavor to advance their academic horizons and foster international collaboration, IBMBA & GHRM MBA students from National Sun Yat-sen University contributed to the Conference with two excellent papers.

Andy and Christine, two students from the IBMBA, made a notable contribution to the conference with the topic "Reverse Brain Drain: An Empirical Study on Individual Factors and National Identity." Their work focused on exploring the factors that influence Vietnamese overseas students to return to their home country after studying and working abroad. The team's research unveiled valuable insights into the interplay between personal motivations, national identity, and the decision to return. Minh and Trinh from the GHRM-MBA program, presented their research on "Perceived Overqualification and Job Search: A Multiple Mediation Model with Job Boredom and Employment Self-Efficacy." Their study investigated the relationship between perceived overqualification and job search behavior through two mediations: job boredom and employment self-efficacy. Their presentation garnered attention for its innovative approach & thoughtful implications for managers in a rapidly changing labor market.
